In this step, you decide how your Agent’s results will be delivered, tailoring the output to each audience’s needs—whether that’s an interactive chart, a concise narrative, or a ready-made presentation.

3.1 Gen UI: Turn Insights into Visual Data Displays

Use Gen UI when you want your data to speak through charts and dashboards:

  • Chart Types: Line, bar, area, pie, tables, metric cards.

  • Interactivity: Add filters, drill-downs, and date pickers so viewers can explore on their own.

  • Real-time iteration: Modify visual elements of the report, add brand styling guidelines, and save default designs for easy future use.

Example: After forecasting next month’s revenue, Gen UI creates a multi-series line chart—plotted by channel—on your “Revenue Trends” dashboard, complete with a date slider for detailed analysis .

3.2 Plain Text: Format Insights as Readable Text (Default)

Ideal for email digests, Slack summaries, or reports where a narrative is clearer than a visual charts:

  • Summaries: Auto-generate an executive overview (“Revenue increased 8% month-over-month, driven by a 12% lift in Facebook spend”).

  • Recommendations: Embed data-backed action items in bullet points.

  • Contextual Details: Include key metrics, timeframes, and methodology notes.

Example: “This week’s churn prediction model flagged a potential 5% rise in churn among VIP subscribers; recommend launching a targeted retention campaign by Friday.”

3.3 Slideshow Presentation: Turn Insights into a Presentation

Automate slide deck creation for team meetings or executive reviews:

  • Structured Slides: Title slide, agenda, data slides (charts/tables), key takeaways, next steps.

  • Branding & Formatting: Apply your company’s theme, fonts, and logo automatically.

Example: Your Agent runs MMM and then produces a 10-slide deck: slides 1–2 outline objectives and methodology, slides 3–7 display channel ROI charts, and slides 8–10 offer budget reallocation recommendations.

3.4 Preview, Iterate, & Finalize

  1. Test Each Format: Run your Agent and review the Gen UI visuals, text summary, or deck.

  2. Refine Output: Tweak chart settings, adjust narrative tone, or reorder slides.

  3. Gather Feedback: Share drafts with stakeholders to ensure clarity and relevance.

  4. Publish or Distribute.

Why It Matters

Delivering insights in the right format ensures maximum impact—whether you need to spark strategic conversations with visuals, drive alignment with a clear narrative, or present polished findings to leadership without spending hours building slides.
