Overview

Triple Whale’s Moby AI gives you fast, insightful answers to your most pressing marketing questions — but it's important to understand the context behind those answers. This article explains the new user interface updates that help you interpret Moby’s responses more confidently and take action if something seems off.

🔍 Moby Can Make Mistakes

You’ll now see an annotation that says “Moby can make mistakes. Please double-check responses.” This is an important reminder that Moby, like any AI, relies on accurate data and seamless platform integrations to provide high-confidence answers.

  • Hovering over this text highlights the disclaimer.

  • Clicking on it takes you to a helpful resource that explains how Moby generates answers and what factors influence its accuracy.

This annotation appears by default in Moby response cards for transparency and to encourage validation when decisions are being made on the basis of AI-generated insights.

📊 Business Logic Annotations

Sometimes, Moby's answers are influenced by specific configurations or logic layers that have been applied behind the scenes

If you see a line that says something like: “3 Business Logic items applied,” you can click it to open a panel labeled "View Business Logic."

There, you'll find tabs such as:

  • Attribution Modeling – Understand which ads are credited for revenue across multiple touchpoints.

  • Attribution Windows – See which time windows were used to track conversions.

  • Correlation Analysis – Learn how Moby compares metrics to identify patterns.

Each tab includes:

  • When to use this logic

  • An example use case

  • Clear instructions for interpretation

These annotations are designed to give you more transparency into how Moby arrived at its results and help you interpret the output with confidence.

🛠 Reporting Issues

If the data doesn’t look right or something seems off, you can click “Report Issue” directly under the Moby response. This opens a simple feedback form where you can:

  • Describe the issue you're experiencing

  • Submit it directly to our team

This feature helps ensure ongoing improvements in Moby’s accuracy and reliability, especially when platform integrations or attribution logic change.

This experience was designed to combine error prevention, data education, and feedback mechanisms in a clean, intuitive UI — so you can move from insight to action faster, and with more confidence.
