Connecting with Facebook, Google, and more could hardly be easier. To set up your integrations, head to the Integrations tab.

Follow the simple steps to connect each, being sure to allow any permissions requested. Once that’s complete, you’ll see a progress bar for your importing data.

Below you'll find a step-by-step breakdown of what the process looks like for each channel you'd like to connect to Triple Whale.

Connecting Facebook

When you click Connect to Facebook, you'll be redirected to Facebook. Make sure you're already logged into Facebook using an account that has access to the Ads Manager account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale.

Next, you'll be redirected back to Triple Whale and prompted to select which Attribution Window your Facebook account currently uses.

If you are running ads through multiple accounts, you can simply select any accounts you'd like to include for this specific shop.

Connecting Google

When you click Sign in with Google, you'll be redirected to Google. Make sure you're already logged into Google using an account that has Owner or User access to the Ads account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale. Check all the boxes, then click Continue.

Once you are back to Triple Whale, a popup will prompt you to select the Google Ads account you'd like to integrate into your dashboard.

We will automatically add tracking parameters to all your Google campaigns and adgroups, so that our Pixel can track all your ads. If you'd rather manually add these tracking parameters, you may uncheck the box.

Connecting TikTok

When you click Connect to TikTok, you'll be redirected to TikTok. Make sure you're already logged into TikTok using an account that has access to the Ads account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale.

After clicking Confirm, you will be redirected back to Triple Whale. A popup will prompt you to select the TikTok account you'd like to integrate into your dashboard.

There are different methods of reporting on revenue in TikTok: (1) Complete Payment, (2) Place an Order. To ensure the TikTok data in Triple Whale accurately reflects your data in TikTok, please select which TikTok event better represents Purchases to you. You can also switch between the two at any time without losing any data.

Connecting Snapchat

When you click Connect, you'll be redirected to Snapchat. Make sure you're already logged into Snapchat using an account that has access to the Ads account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale.

After clicking Continue, you will be redirected back to Triple Whale. A popup will prompt you to select the Snapchat ad account you'd like to integrate into your dashboard.

Connecting Pinterest

When you click Connect, you'll be redirected to Pinterest. Make sure you're already logged into Pinterest using an account that has access to the Pinterest Business Ads account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale.

After clicking Give access, you will be redirected back to Triple Whale. A popup will prompt you to select the Pinterest Ad account you'd like to integrate into your dashboard.

Connecting Microsoft Ads

When you click Connect, you'll be redirected to Microsoft Ads. Make sure you're already logged into Microsoft Ads using an account that you'd like to connect with Triple Whale.

After clicking Accept, you will be redirected back to Triple Whale. A popup will prompt you to select the Microsoft Ads account you'd like to integrate into your dashboard.

Note: Most Microsoft Ad Accounts are set up as "work accounts", but if an error occurs in connecting your Microsoft account, please attempt a reconnection by choosing "personal account" when prompted by Microsoft. You can configure whether the account will require work or personal account.

Go to Tools -> Account access configure the "Require sign-in with work account on/off"
