We're so happy you're here with us! Follow these simple steps to create your Triple Whale account and get everything set up.

NOTE: You will need sufficient Shopify permissions to install the Triple Whale app on the store in question.

  • If you do not have sufficient permission you can either request it from the store owner or ask them to follow the steps below on their own.

  • Alternatively, you can request that the store owner install the Triple Whale app on their own. Once that's complete, you will be able to follow the steps below.

Step 1

Head to app.triplewhale.com and enter an email address and click continue.

Step 2

You will then see a screen where you will choose whether you are a BRAND or an AGENCY.

Step 3

Enter your first and last name, your phone number, and then create a password. Plus, let us know how you heard about us. πŸ˜‰

Step 4

Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to you.

Step 5

Connect your Shopify store by entering your store's URL, or Activate Later.

NOTE: If you do not have admin rights to your store, choose Activate Later.

Once you input your store name, you'll be rerouted to Shopify, where you'll put in your information and approve the installation of the Triple Whale app on your store, and provide the permissions we need to properly import your data.

NOTE: As mentioned above, you will need sufficient Shopify permissions to install the Triple Whale app on the store in question. If you are installing Triple Whale on the store owner's behalf, you can request that the store owner install the Triple Whale app on their own. Once that's complete, you will be able to skip to the next step.

Step 6

Build your plan! Start by entering your store's gross annual revenue.

Next, choose your Products. You can tap on Pay Later in the lefthand corner or click Continue.

Make your payment.

You're In!

Once that's done, you should be good to go! Now you get to create the dashboard of your dreams πŸš€
