If you would like Triple Whale to process the deletion of your customer's personal data from the Triple Whale Platform, you can submit your request(s) directly through your account on the platform.
Steps:
Log in to your admin/user account in the Triple Whale Platform
Go to “Settings”
Select “Customer Data Deletion”
Select “Create Deletion Request”
A form will pop up asking you for the information required to identify the customer in our database.
Fill in the required information and select submit.
You will then be able to track your submitted requests and their status, including any follow-ups that may be required in order for Triple Whale to facilitate the request.
All other data subject rights-related requests may be submitted via email to privacyrequests@triplewhale.com
Triple Whale performs the above as a data processor on your behalf and in accordance with your instructions as part of our commitment to assist you, the data controller of your customers’ personal data, in fulfilling data subject deletion requests.
