What's changing?
The concept of "pods" is being retired đ´. Instead of managing businesses via pods, you can now work more directly with individual businesses. When you invite a user, you select the specific business(s) they should accessâno pod container in between.
For all businesses that you are either an Owner or have Admin Permission, when inviting new users, you can now choose their permission level (User or Admin) per business.
You can also now drag and drop businesses to your preferred position! â¤ď¸
What's staying the same?
Your existing access is preserved. Any businesses you could access through pods before will remain accessible. No action needed on your part.
Blended metrics are still available for paid businesses, letting you view combined performance across businesses.
Portfolio visibility works as beforeâyou can see all businesses you have access to from one place.
User invitations still happen from this page, just without the pod layer.
How to use Portfolio View
In the navigation, click Portfolio View (previously labeled Pods View).
From here you can:
View metrics across all your accessible businesses
See blended metrics for paid businesses
Invite users to specific businesses by selecting the business(s) and choosing their permission level
Inviting users
When you invite a new user:
Select one or more businesses you want to grant them access to
Choose their permission level: User or Admin
Send the invitation
Each invitation creates a direct business-to-user relationship (if you've invited them to multiple businesses, they'll only receive a single email, and once they accept they'll be added to all of the businesses)âthere's no pod to manage separately.
Removing users
