User Features & Restrictions

Fine-tune team member access with feature-level controls:

  • Restrictions: Block access to sensitive data (e.g., PII blocking)

  • Features: Grant access to specific capabilities

These can be applied at the Partner Account level by the Shop, or customized per individual shop.

Tips for Success

Use All Shops Access Wisely: Assign this policy only to team members who need to see your entire portfolio to maintain data security.

Shops can set Feature Restrictions at the Partner Level: When a restriction is set at the partner account level, it automatically applies to all team membersβ€”no need to configure individually.

Monitor Pending Invites: Check your pending shop invitations regularly to follow up with shop owners who haven't yet approved your access requests.

Leverage the Portfolio View: Use the aggregated Shops Portfolio View during client meetings to demonstrate cross-portfolio performance.
