Overview
Gorgias is a CX automation tool that will centralize and assist with all the customer questions, and on top of it, they also have a powerful tool that can convert your customer service into a revenue driver.
With Gorgias’s Triple Whale integration, you can view your high-level CS metrics from Gorgias alongside your most important business metrics. Centralizing your data will save you time, so you can track your total number of tickets, average response time, and average resolution time right in Triple Whale.
Get Connected
To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations.
When you click Connect, input your Gorgias Account URL and click Save. You will then be redirected to Gorgias. Make sure you're already logged into Gorgias using an account that has admin privileges to the Gorgias account you'd like to connect with Triple Whale. Follow the authorization flow to connect your Gorgias account.
Once that's complete, your Gorgias data will begin importing into your Triple Whale dashboard.

Incorporating Attribution with Gorgias Convert
