Connecting Triple Whale and Outbrain will allow you to track your marketing efforts, monitor your most important metrics, and understand how your Outbrain ads are performing and leading to conversions on your online store.
Get Connected
Before connecting with Triple Whale, Outbrain needs to approve you for its' Amplify API. The Outbrain Amplify API can be used to integrate Amplify campaign management and reporting with third-party tools. You can access the API using this Amplify API Form.
To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations.
Once you click Connect, you will be prompted to input your Outbrain User name and Password. Follow the authorization flow to connect to your Outbrain account.
UTM Setup
A Tracking Parameter is a snippet of code that you can add to the end of a URL to track the performance of campaigns and content. By using Triple Whale's custom Tracking Parameters in your Pinterest ads and marketing content, each visitor will be informing our Pixel exactly which ad they just clicked on before arriving at your store.

Copy the following tracking parameters and append them to the Destination URL of your active ads links in Outbrain.

Data Library
Once you are connected, Outbrain data will start to import into your Triple Whale Dashboard. Head over to the Summary page to track your most important metrics. You should see this section:
