We understand that Shopify store operators use tons of different applications and tools to optimize your marketing campaigns. We want to make sure that in any scenario, you can properly install the Triple Pixel to maximize your marketing attribution.
I have a Shopify store that uses liquid themes, and my website visitors only visit the Shopify store.
You're in luck! Installing the Triple Pixel is a cinch. Install the pixel with auto-install. Make sure your store is set to auto-install here.
I use a 3rd-party website builder to send traffic from ads to a landing page (using Unbounce, Instapage, etc), and then my website visitors go from there to my Shopify store.
You should allow auto-installation for your Shopify store, and you will also have to manually add 2 lines of code to your landing page builder. Follow steps 1 & 2 here.
I use a 3rd-party website builder to send traffic from ads, then visitors visit my Shopify store, and then I have also added OneClickUpsells.
You should allow auto-install, then manually add 2 lines of code to your landing page builder (following steps 1 & 2 here), and then follow these instructions to add the tracking script to the post-purchase page.
Please note that even if you add the Triple Whale Pixel to OneClickUpsell flow when the order data reaches Triple Whale, we report the total order with the total sales metric, but we attribute the entire order value to the initial source (Facebook, Google, etc). We do not attribute the upsell portion of the order to OneClickUpsells. We will publicize when we add this capability.
My Shopify store is Headless. We have a developer/s who use Shopify APIs, but the website is totally custom.
You should follow the steps here to add the relevant scripts and functions to your site. Please note that steps 3 & 4 are optional.
