Get Connected

To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations. Locate Okendo and click Connect.

You will be prompted for your Okendo account's unique User ID and API Key. To retrieve these in Okendo, head to Settings > Integrations. Under Credentials, copy the User ID and Merchant REST API Key. Return to Triple Whale, and paste these into the appropriate text fields. Click Save. Finally, flip the switch to activate the flow of data from Okendo into Triple Whale.

Okendo Report

Once you are connected, your Okendo data will start to import into your Triple Whale Dashboard. Head over to the Okendo report to track your most important metrics.

The Rating Distribution chart displays how many customers have rated a product in your store per rating level.

Review Sentiment Analysis

Okendo uses natural language processing to analyze the language in a review. By applying this analysis, the Sentiment report shows how many reviews had positive, negative, mixed, or neutral language contained within them. Read more about sentiment analysis here.

Review Count & Average Rating Per Product

In this section of the report, you can drill down into a number of key insights:

  1. Reviews by Product: This report allows you to filter and view the number of reviews and the average rating for each product. It provides insights into which products are receiving the most feedback and how they are rated by customers.

  2. Top 20 Bestselling Products and Average Ratings: This section highlights the top 20 products based on the total number of items sold, along with their average ratings. It helps you identify your best-performing products and understand their popularity and customer satisfaction levels.

  3. 50 Lowest Rated Products with More Than 25 Reviews: This report lists the 50 products with the lowest average ratings, provided they have more than 25 reviews. It is useful for identifying products that may need improvement or addressing specific customer concerns.

  4. 50 Highest-Rated Products with More Than 25 Reviews: Conversely, this report showcases the 50 highest-rated products that have received more than 25 reviews. It highlights your top-performing products in terms of customer satisfaction, offering valuable insights for marketing and product development.
