Get Connected
To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations. Locate Yotpo and click Connect.
You will be redirected to Yotpo. Select the Yotpo store account you'd like to connect; then, follow the authorization flow to connect to your Yotpo account.
By default, you will be connected to Yotpo Reviews, and to Yotpo SMS & Email, if you have an account. You can manage this by locating Yotpo on the Integrations Page and clicking Manage. You will then be able to select your desired Yotpo services.
Already Connected to Yotpo SMS and Email?
Head to the Integrations Page, locate Yotpo and click Manage. You can then select Yotpo Reviews and start the data flow.
Summary Page
Once you've connected your account, you will be able to access a collection of metrics on the Summary page. These metrics include:
Amount of reviews
Average rating
Amount of recommending reviews
Recommendation rate
Yotpo Reviews Dashboard
Once you are connected, your reviews data will start to import into your Triple Whale Dashboard. Head over to the Yotpo Reviews Dashboard to track your most important metrics.
Rating Distribution
The Rating Distribution chart displays how many customers have rated a product in your store per rating level.
Review Sentiments
Based on the review a product got, we categorize the sentiment, providing you with insights about the positive, negative and mixed ratings you are receiving.
Review Count & Average Rating Per Product
In this section of the Dashboard, you can drill down into a number of key insights:
Reviews by Product: This Dashboard allows you to filter and view the number of reviews and the average rating for each product. It provides insights into which products are receiving the most feedback and how they are rated by customers.
Top 20 Best-Selling Products and Average Ratings: This section highlights the top 20 products based on the total number of items sold, along with their average ratings. It helps you identify your best-performing products and understand their popularity and customer satisfaction levels.
20 Lowest Rated Products with More Than 5 Reviews: This Dashboard lists the 20 products with the lowest average ratings, provided they have more than 5 reviews. It is useful for identifying products that may need improvement or addressing specific customer concerns.
20 Highest-Rated Products with More Than 5 Reviews: Conversely, this Dashboard showcases the 20 highest-rated products that have received more than 5 reviews. It highlights your top-performing products in terms of customer satisfaction, offering valuable insights for marketing and product development.
