Managing Shopify Products with Moby AI
This feature allows you to update your Shopify store data directly within Moby AI.
Instead of switching back and forth between platforms, you can use Moby to modify product titles, descriptions, prices, and imagery.
This is ideal for quickly adjusting pricing on specific variants, refreshing product descriptions for better SEO (Search Engine Optimization), or creating new visual variations of your product photos using Nano Banana.

Key Ways to Use This Feature
Updating Product Prices
You can view and change the price of specific product variants without leaving the chat.
Ask for current details: Tell Moby to find the product you want to change (e.g., "Pull the product name, variants, and price for the Arianne hair clip").
Request a change: Once Moby displays the current prices for your variants (like Silver or Gold), tell it the new price you want to set for a single or multiple variants.
Confirm the update: Moby will present a pop-up modal to confirm the action. Click the Update Product button to push the change to Shopify.
Reverting changes: If you make a mistake, simply ask Moby to change the price back to the original amount and confirm the action again.
Updating Product Imagery
Moby can help you edit existing product photos or create entirely new ones using Nano Banana.
Retrieve images: Ask Moby to show you the current images for a specific product. It will display the photos and number them for easy reference.
Create variations: Tell Moby which image number you want to modify and provide a prompt for the change (e.g., "Make a variation of image #1 with the woman on a beach with a sunset background").
Start from scratch: Alternatively, you can ask Moby to generate a completely new image for the product.
Sync to Shopify: Once you are happy with the new image, instruct Moby to update the product in Shopify.
Updating Descriptions and Titles
You can use Moby's writing capabilities to improve your product copy and sync it immediately.
Get current copy: Ask Moby to show you the current description or title for a product.
Rewrite the text: Ask Moby to rewrite the copy to fit your needs (e.g., "Rewrite this description as an expert SEO writer").
Apply the update: Tell Moby to replace the old description with the new text.
Confirm: A modal will appear asking for confirmation. Click Update to finalize the change in your store.
Additional Details
Confirmation Modal: Every time you ask Moby to change data in Shopify, a safety modal will appear. The change will not happen until you manually click the Update Product button (CTA) in that pop-up.
Nano Banana Integration: This feature relies on Nano Banana for generating or editing image assets.
