Multi-Pixel Support for Meta in Sonar Optimize

R
Written by Rishi Kapadia

Sonar Optimize sends server-side conversion signals to Meta to improve match quality and attribution accuracy. Until now, those signals have flowed to a single Meta pixel destination per account.

With multi-pixel support, Sonar Optimize signals can now be routed to multiple Meta pixel destinations at once. This is useful for merchants running more than one pixel, for example, across different storefronts, business units, or ad accounts — who need consistent, deduplicated server-side signal coverage across all of them rather than just one.

How it works

Once enabled, Sonar Optimize sends the same enriched conversion events to each configured Meta pixel, maintaining proper deduplication and identity matching across destinations.

Availability

Multi-pixel support for Meta is currently available on a request basis only. It is not self-serve today.

If you'd like this enabled for your account, reach out to Triple Whale Support or your CSM, they'll submit the request to have it activated for you.
