Overview
Moby builds a landing page from one chat prompt, using your brand style, your ad results, and your real product data. This article shows how to write the prompt, review Moby's plan, and preview and update the page in Shopify. You can start a new page, start from a saved template, or duplicate an existing page and adapt it. For how the builder works, see Landing Page Builder.
Before you begin
Connect your Shopify store to Triple Whale.
Make sure the product you want to promote is live in your Shopify catalog, with real prices, images, and, if you have them, customer reviews. Moby does not invent prices, discounts, or review counts. It leaves a section empty instead.
Optional: connect your Meta or TikTok ad accounts. Moby uses the last 90 days of ad results to choose the hook and audience.
Optional: set up a Brand Vault. If you do not have one, Moby creates one the first time it builds a landing page.
Steps
Open a new Moby chat in Triple Whale.
Choose a model and turn on "High" thinking, if your plan allows it.
đĄ Tip: On Automate and Enterprise plans, open the model selector, choose the most advanced model, and turn on "High" thinking. A landing page build has many stages, from brand analysis to ad research to layout, and more thinking time improves the final page. On Foundation and Legacy plans, Triple Whale selects the model for you, so skip this step. For the plan details, see How Moby AI Model Selection Works.
3. Describe the page in one prompt. Include these four things:
The product or offer.
The goal of the page, such as a sale, a bundle, or a new product launch.
The audience or ad angle, if you have one.
The starting point: a new page, a saved template, or an existing page to copy.
Use the examples below as a starting point. Replace the text in brackets with your own details.
What you want | Example prompt |
A page for one product | "Build a landing page for [product name] for [audience]. The main offer is [offer angle]." |
A page that matches your best ad | "Build a landing page that matches our best-performing Meta ad for [product name]." |
A page for a campaign | "Build a landing page for [product name], based on the campaign called [campaign name]." |
A promo or bundle page | "Create a promo page for our [bundle or sale name]." |
A page from a saved template | "Build a landing page for [product name] from our [template name] template." |
A new angle on an existing page | "Duplicate our [page name] page and rework it for shoppers who worry about [objection]." |
If your store has any landing pages, that you would like Moby to use as references, specify it, so Moby can use them as templates/references. A template is faster and uses less Moby usage than a build from scratch.
Moby reviews your last 90 days of Meta and TikTok results and your product reviews. It then writes a section-by-section blueprint, including a hero section with a pass/fail checklist: one headline, one price, one call to action, one verified review, and one lifestyle image. If Moby picked the wrong product or campaign, tell it in the chat now. A change here is faster than a change after the build.
Open the preview link in Shopify.
When Moby publishes the page, it sends you a preview link in Shopify. Open the link and review the page on desktop and mobile. The page uses your store's header, footer, navigation, and cart.
Update the content.
In the preview, change the content that Shopify makes available to edit. For larger changes, ask Moby in the chat. For example: "Swap the hero image for the lifestyle shot." or "Shorten the FAQ." Moby revises the same page, so you do not get a duplicate.

How pages are built and served
When Moby publishes a landing page, it never rewrites your theme or spins up a new theme template. Instead, the page is delivered through Shopify's App Proxy and served under your own domain, at a clean URL like:
https://yourstore.com/apps/load/<page-slug>
The research behind every page
Most page builders hand you a blank template. Moby works the other way around: before it writes a single line or places a single image, it studies what actually sells your product, so the page is informed rather than generic. That groundwork comes from three sources:
Brand style guide (Brand Vault). Your colors, typography, and brand voice. If your Brand Vault is set up in Triple Whale, Moby uses it automatically so the page looks native to your site. If it isn't, Moby generates one for you on its first run.
Ad performance data. Moby analyzes your last 90 days of Meta and TikTok campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions) to identify your winning hooks, offers, and target audience â so the landing page confirms the ad that brought the click. These insights are saved in your shop's memory and reused for future pages. Want the page adapted to a specific creative or audience? Just ask Moby and give it the campaign name, ID, or a general description.
Product assets. High-quality images, videos, and verified reviews. Moby pulls live Shopify product data, policies, and reviews, and can also pick up claimed benefits and social proof from your website.
From there, Moby can also:
Insert videos and real UGC from your own brand â owned social clips, review footage, and existing creative â so the social proof is authentic, not borrowed.
Generate a relevant FAQ grounded in your real policies and product details, answering the objections that actually stop people from buying.
Generate lifestyle imagery that matches your product exactly â preserving its true look down to the detail â to reinforce the selling proposition and help shoppers picture it in their own lives.
What the page includes
A typical promotional page follows this structure (adapted to your product and brand):
Section | Purpose |
Native header & announcement bar | Preserved from your live site |
Hero | Full offer visible in the first screen: headline, one-line value proposition, price, single CTA, review proof |
Trust bar | Up to four verified claims (reviews, free returns, shipping) with icons |
Bridge section | Addresses the biggest trust, value, or clarity gap found in your ad analysis |
Offer & purchase section | Replicated from your real product page: gallery, variants, payment options, three punchy benefit bullets |
Reviews & UGC | Real customer photos/videos with verified review excerpts and totals |
Benefits & features | Rich, in-context visuals â never plain white studio shots outside the buy box |
Package contents & brand recognition | What the customer receives, plus guarantees and certifications |
Product demonstration | Shows how the product works |
Risk reversal & FAQ | Purchase-risk questions first, then product objections |
Final CTA & native footer | Preserved from your live site |
Premium or high-ticket products switch to a longer-conviction structure: problem â mechanism â product reveal â demonstration â evidence â reviews â offer.
New products with no reviews yet omit the review block, and Moby strengthens the risk-reversal section (for example, a money-back guarantee) instead.
