Overview

Payment gateway fees are another important expense category. These refer to the amount you pay in payment processor fees each time a customer purchases from your store. Typically, this is a flat fee plus a percentage of the order cost.

Input Payment Gateway Costs

Head to Settings > Cost Settings to ensure these are tracked. Here, you can input the fees charged by payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment gateways you use. These fees can fluctuate, so monitoring for any changes and updating them accordingly in your expenses list is important to maintain a precise financial overview.

Note: Shopify Payments processing fees are automatically imported from Shopify.
