We are excited to announce that accessing and editing your billing information and invoices is now even easier than before! We hope this makes managing your information more convenient than ever.

When you're on your dashboard, tap the Gear button in the bottom left-hand corner. From here, head to your Store Settings.

Within your Store Settings, you can navigate to the Billing Details section to edit your Customer Details and view your current card on file. If you scroll down further, you will also have the option to download your Past Invoices.

To add or change the Customer Details that are included on your invoice, tap Edit Billing Details. It is important to note that these details apply on the customer level- any shop that is being paid for by this customer will be updated to include these details.

As you begin adding an address, you will see auto-complete options to help you fill out all of your details.

Some shops must include a Tax ID on all receipts for accounting purposes- to add that, simply select your country from the dropdown and add the ID on the bottom of the screen. Make sure to save your changes so that it is reflected on your invoice! Remember that all changes made here will apply to all of the shops and invoices associated with the billing customer.

You can include more than one tax ID on your invoice. The information added to the customer details will appear on your invoice as shown below.

To change the card on file for this shop, simply tap the Update Payment Method, change the card, and save!
