In an effort to help you keep your business's data and information safe and secure, Triple Whale offers 2-factor verification when you sign into your account. This is an optional feature, and can be turned off at any time.

How does it work?

When 2-factor verification is enabled, every time you sign in to Triple Whale, we will send a temporary code to the phone number provided. You will then need to enter this code in order to gain access to your account. Read more about the benefits of 2-factor verification.

Enabling 2-Factor Verification

Navigate to your My Profile, where you will find a new section called "How You Sign Into Triple Whale."

When you click "Turn On," you will be prompted to enter the phone number to which you'd like to receive verification codes. You may need to log out and log back in to Triple Whale in order to turn on 2-step verification.

Once enabled, you will see the date on which you turned on the extra verification, and the ability to turn it off again.

Note that you may be signed out of your other devices once enabling 2-factor verification.
