Overview

The Omnisend integration brings your email and SMS marketing performance data directly into Triple Whale, enabling you to analyze your email marketing campaigns alongside all your other marketing channels in one unified dashboard.

Omnisend is an email and SMS marketing platform built for ecommerce. By connecting Omnisend to Triple Whale, you'll gain deeper insights into how your email marketing contributes to your overall revenue and customer acquisition strategy.


What Data Triple Whale Captures

Once connected, Triple Whale syncs the following metrics from your Omnisend account:

Revenue Metrics

  • Total Revenue - Total revenue generated from all Omnisend campaigns and automations

  • Campaign Revenue - Revenue attributed to individual email campaigns

  • Flow Revenue - Revenue generated from automated email flows

  • AOV (Average Order Value) - Average order value from Omnisend-driven purchases

  • Conversions - Total number of conversions attributed to Omnisend

Engagement Metrics

  • Sent - Total number of emails sent

  • Delivered - Number of emails successfully delivered

  • Clicks - Total number of email clicks

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) - Percentage of delivered emails that received clicks

  • Unsubscribed - Number of recipients who unsubscribed

Data Refresh: Triple Whale updates Omnisend data approximately every hour to ensure you're working with near-real-time insights.

How to Connect Omnisend

Step 1: Navigate to Data → Integrations in your Triple Whale dashboard


Step 2: Find Omnisend in the integrations list and click Connect


Step 3: You'll be redirected to Omnisend to authorize access


Step 4: Enable the integration toggle (it's disabled by default)


Step 5: Return to your Triple Whale dashboard where Omnisend data will begin syncing

Initial Sync Time

After connecting, Triple Whale will begin synchronizing your historical Omnisend data. Depending on the volume of data in your Omnisend account, the initial sync may take up to a couple of hours. Subsequent updates occur approximately every hour.

Current Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations with the current Omnisend integration:

  • Product-level reporting: Best-performing products and segments are not currently visible

  • Link-level tracking: Individual link performance within emails is not tracked

  • Refunds and cancellations: Refunded and canceled orders are not currently deducted from revenue metrics

  • Audience growth: Subscriber list growth metrics are not included
