Overview

Vibe.co is a Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform that enables businesses to run targeted video advertising campaigns across streaming TV services and apps. By connecting Vibe.co to Triple Whale, you can seamlessly track and analyze your CTV campaign performance alongside all your other marketing channels in one unified dashboard.

This integration provides real-time visibility into key metrics such as impressions, video views, spend, and conversions, helping you understand the true ROI of your Connected TV advertising. With CTV data unified into your broader marketing view, you can better evaluate how these campaigns contribute to your overall marketing mix and make more informed, data-driven decisions about budget allocation and performance optimization.

Step 1 – Get your Vibe.co API credentials

  1. Log in to your Vibe.co account

  2. Go to Settings in the main navigation

  3. Open the API Access tab

  4. Click Generate API key

  5. Copy and save your API Key and Account ID somewhere safe

Step 2 – Connect Vibe.co in Triple Whale

  1. Log in to your Triple Whale account

  2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations

  3. Search for "Vibe.co" in the integrations list

  4. Click Connect on the Vibe.co integration card

  5. In the connection modal, enter:

    • API Key: Paste the API key you copied from Vibe.co

    • Account ID: Paste your Vibe.co Account ID

    • Attribution Window: Select how many days after seeing an ad we should count a sale (1 day, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days)

  6. Click Save

Important Notes:

  • At least one campaign must exist in your Vibe.co account to complete the connection. Accounts without any campaigns cannot be connected.

  • Your attribution window selection determines how conversions are credited to your CTV campaigns. Choose the window that best aligns with your customer journey and business goals.

  • The integration will backfill data up to 180 days from the connection date based on your selected attribution window.

Once connected, Triple Whale will begin pulling reporting data from the Vibe.co API. Data typically begins appearing in your dashboard within a few minutes.

Understanding Attribution Windows

The attribution window you select determines how long after viewing your CTV ad a customer's purchase can be credited to that ad impression. This is a crucial setting that affects how your Vibe.co campaign performance is measured.

Available Attribution Windows

  • 1 day: Most conservative approach - only counts conversions that happen within 24 hours of ad exposure

  • 7 days: Counts conversions within one week of ad exposure

  • 14 days: Counts conversions within two weeks of ad exposure

  • 30 days: Most generous approach - counts conversions within a month of ad exposure

Choosing the Right Window

Consider your typical customer journey when selecting an attribution window:

  • Shorter windows (1-7 days): Best for impulse purchases, flash sales, or products with shorter consideration periods

  • Longer windows (14-30 days): Better for higher-ticket items, complex purchases, or products that require more research

Changing Your Attribution Window

You can update your attribution window at any time from your Vibe.co integration settings. Please note:

  • Changes will trigger a one-year backfill, recalculating attribution data for the prior 12 months using the new window

  • Data older than one year will remain unchanged

  • The backfill may take some time to complete, during which data may temporarily fluctuate

Example: If you change from a 30-day to a 1-day attribution window on January 15th, attribution data from January 15th back to January 15th of the previous year will be recalculated using the 1-day window. Data older than one year will continue to reflect the 30-day window.

Timezone Configuration Note

Vibe's API supports a specific list of timezone identifiers. If your account's timezone is not on Vibe's supported list, our integration will automatically map it to the closest supported timezone to ensure continuous data flow. This may result in minor timestamp variations in your data.

Supported timezones include: UTC, Europe/Amsterdam, America/Los_Angeles, America/Phoenix, Europe/Berlin, America/Denver, Asia/Seoul, Europe/Helsinki, America/New_York, Europe/Istanbul, Europe/Stockholm, Europe/London, Asia/Shanghai, and Asia/Tel_Aviv.

If you encounter a timezone validation error during connection, please contact support for assistance with timezone mapping.
