Adding Criteo UTMs for Triple Pixel

  1. Head to your Criteo Dashboard -> Campaigns -> Ad sets

  2. On the Ad set you would like to add the UTMs to, click the three dots, and then click 'Ads tracking'

3. In the field where you can 'apply a suffix' add the following to what is already there:

?tw_source=criteo&tw_campaign={{criteo_campaign_id}}&utm_term={{adsetid}}&tw_adid={{adid}}

4. Once you click 'save', you can see the full URL in the ad preview.

Criteo Data in Triple Whale

  1. In the Dashboards section, navigate to the 'Templates'. Then select the 'Pixel Criteo' dashboard. Once selected, click 'Add to Store' in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

Please note: Triple Whale can only receive ads that are created via the Criteo API or within Commerce Growth. Anything created internally will not be displayed via API, therefore will not get pushed into Triple Whale.

2. You will then be able to find the dashboard under 'Your Shop' in the 'Favorites' section
