📝 Note: Benchmarks are available on the Automate and Enterprise packages.

Overview

Benchmarks let you compare your store's performance against an anonymized peer group of brands like yours. You turn them on from the Attribution page once it is set to the model and window the comparison is built on. This takes a few clicks and nothing else to configure.

Before you begin

  • Benchmarks are available on the Automate or Enterprise packages.

  • Benchmarks appear only on the Triple Attribution model, the Lifetime attribution window, and the All source. Switching to a different model, window, or a single channel hides the comparison.

Steps

  1. Go to Marketing Acquisition

  2. Click on Attribution.

  3. Set the attribution model to Triple Attribution.

  4. Set the attribution window to Lifetime.

  5. Set the channel source to All Channels.

  6. Open the date picker comparison.

  7. Toggle on Benchmarks ("Compare against peer cohort medians").

  8. Click Apply

Verify / Expected result

Your benchmark metric cards appear below the attribution chart, and an inline comparison is added to your attribution table.

Variant: turn Benchmarks off

Open the date picker and toggle Benchmarks off.

⚠️ Time-over-time date comparison is disabled while Benchmarks are active, since the two views cannot be shown together.
