š Note: Benchmarks are available on the Automate and Enterprise packages.
Overview
If you expected to see Benchmarks and they are not there, it is usually one of two situations: Benchmarks are hidden for your whole view, or a single metric has no benchmark. Find your symptom below and follow the matching resolution.
Symptoms
Select the symptom that best matches what is happening:
I don't see Benchmarks at all
Issue
You are on the Attribution page but no benchmark metric cards appear below the attribution chart, and there is no inline comparison in the attribution table.
Environment
Attribution page, on the Automate or Enterprise package.
Cause
Benchmarks appear only on the Triple Attribution model, the Lifetime window, and the All source. They are hidden automatically on any other model, window, or a single channel. They are also hidden while time-over-time date comparison is active, and they are available only on the Automate or Enterprise packages.
Resolution
Click into Marketing Acquisition
Click into the Attribution page, set the model to Triple Attribution.
Set the attribution window to Lifetime.
Set the source to All Channels
Turn off time-over-time date comparison.
Open the date picker and toggle Benchmarks on.
Click Apply
A specific metric has no benchmark
Issue
Benchmarks are showing, but one metric (for example, CPM) has no value, median, or rank badge.
Environment
Attribution page with Benchmarks enabled (Triple Attribution, Lifetime, All).
Cause
A benchmark is shown only once there are enough similar brands in your peer group to produce a reliable, anonymous comparison (at least 5 similar brands). If there are not yet enough comparable brands for that metric, it will not appear. For ad-platform metrics (CPM and CTR), peer data is included only when it passes validity checks (valid currency, real spend, and properly mapped ad accounts).
Resolution
There is nothing to configure. The benchmark appears once enough comparable brands exist for that metric.
