What's inside
Uploaded Files: your own images, videos and documents, organized in folders. Click New to upload or create a folder.
Moby Generations: everything Moby has created for you in chat.
Published Ads: ads you've published.
Product Imagery: product photos synced from your store, with each product's status.
Competitors: your competitors' ads and your moodboards. See Competitor Analysis.
Trash: deleted items, in case you need them back.
Ask Moby about a file or folder
Open the ⋮ menu on a folder or file and choose Ask Moby. Moby opens with the item attached, so you can ask things like "Which of these product shots would make the strongest ad?" or "Write three captions for the images in this folder."
Open any image in Creative Studio
Open the ⋮ menu on any image and choose Open in Studio to add text, shapes and AI edits. Your edited image is saved back to the library.
The same menu has Download, Copy Link and View Details.
See every file from a chat
In a Moby chat, open the side panel and click the eye icon to browse every file from that conversation in one viewer.
Frequently asked questions
Where are Creative Studio projects saved?
Edits to an image update it everywhere it appears, including Media Manager.
Can I get a deleted file back?
Yes. Open Trash at the bottom of the Media Manager sidebar.
