Affluencer Hub Overview

The Affluencer Hub provides a great way to track Influencers and Affiliates (hence, Affluencers).

What can you do with the Affluencer Hub?

Track ROI for Every Influencer & Affiliate

Combine the power of triple de-duplication to get the most accurate results. We take sales from three different sources, so you don't have to calculate the true ROI manually:

  1. UTM tracking

  2. Discount Codes

  3. Post-purchase Surveys (coming soon)

Foster Relationships & Centralize All Your Affluencer Data

From creating profiles for every influencer and affiliate to measuring their ROAS and collecting the content they produce - the Affluencer Hub connects every touchpoint, deal, and post to your affluencer roster.

Track & Manage All Your Affluencer Expenses

Assign one-off or recurring expenses to every influencer and affiliate to track overall affluencer costs and measure their ROAS.

Core Components of the Hub

Manage Affluencers

Create profiles for affluencers that work with you. You can specify their social platform (or affiliate site), the URL they should be promoting, create a new or select an existing discount code, and set expenses. You can even create an Upload link that your affluencers can use to upload content they have created for your brand.

Platform

Choose a platform that the affluencer is working with the most. This will soon allow you to segment affluencers and see which platforms drive the most value for you.

For platforms that are not listed, you can use the Other field to provide a custom value (e.g., pepperjam).

Destination URL

We use the Destination URL to generate a unique tracking link for every affluencer. You can get that link after saving.

Discount codes

Assign an existing code to the affluencer or create a new one without leaving Triple Whale. If you haven't reconnected Shopify to grant our platform the necessary permission, you will see a prompt for that when you save the form.

Each newly created discount code can be assigned to only one affluencer. Otherwise, we wouldn't know which affluencer should get credit if a buyer uses the code.

Expenses

You can add both one-time expenses and recurring ones. One-time expense in currency is assigned to date, while the recurring expense, specified as % of the sale, will get the date of the attributed sale.

Upload Content

Upload images and videos to Triple Whale to centralize all your incoming content.

Create Upload Links

Let your influencers upload content themselves. No more Dropbox links, DMs, and other headaches! Create a link and send it to the influencer - they can upload all their content without creating a login.

Monitor performance metrics

Switch between Table and Card View and plot data on the Charts!

Table View

Table View helps to compare metrics across multiple affluencers quickly. Sort the data by Affluencer Spend, ROAS, and other Purchase-related metrics. Get a glance at uploaded content and even copy a unique Tracking URL to send to the affluencer!

Hover your mouse over the Affluencer's name to see the edit button.

Card View

Use the Card View if you work with a limited number of affluencers and are generally a more visual person. Card View provides you with all the same data as the Table View but in a more visual way.

Chart

Click the Chevron button at the top of the screen to reveal the Chart.

Requirements

You need a Triple Pixel to use the Affluencer Hub.

FAQ

How do I provide one Affluencer with multiple links?

If you want one affluencer to promote multiple of your pages, but you don't need aggregated reporting per landing page, then read on.

In the table view (or card view) find the Affluencer you need and click on the Copy to Clipboard icon.

Now you have a link that looks something like this:

https://my-best-shop.com?utm_source=referral&utm_medium=influencer&utm_campaign=gen&influencerId=gen-referral

Change the page URL to whatever it needs to be while keeping the same UTMs. For example, you might end up with multiple links like:

  1. https://my-best-shop.com/collections/living?utm_source=referral&utm_medium=influencer&utm_campaign=gen&influencerId=gen-referral

  2. https://my-best-shop.com/collections/kitchen-dining?utm_source=referral&utm_medium=influencer&utm_campaign=gen&influencerId=gen-referral

Your Affluencer can send visitors to these URLs, and all their purchases will count towards that Affluencer. However, you won't be able to see aggregate reporting on which exact link people clicked.

If you need to break down reporting by the landing page of each Affluencer, you can create multiple copies of the same Affluencer - one per link.
