Overview
Integrating Skio with Triple Whale enables businesses to gain valuable insights into their subscription-based revenue and customer engagement. By connecting Skio data with Triple Whale, you can analyze subscription performance, track retention metrics, and identify growth opportunities, helping you make data-driven decisions that strengthen customer relationships and boost recurring revenue.
Get Connected
A brief walkthrough video of connecting Skio to Triple Whale.
To get started, head to Settings > Integrations. Locate Skio and click Connect.
You will be prompted for two items:
API Token
Site ID
API Token
To generate a new API Token in Skio, head to Account > API. Name the new key "Triple Whale", and click Generate API key. Once the API key is generated, copy it and paste it into the appropriate field in Triple Whale.
Site ID
To locate your Skio account's Site ID, head back to Account > API and scroll to the bottom of the page. Copy the Site ID and paste it into the appropriate field in Triple Whale. Click Save.
Data Library
Once you are connected, Skio data will begin to import into your Triple Whale Dashboard. Head over to the Summary dashboard to track your most important metrics. You should see this section:
