Get Connected
To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations
On the Marketplace section and click Connect.

Once you've connected your Walmart account, you will be able to access a rich collection of metrics and pre-built dashboards across Triple Whale. Head over to the Summary dashboard to track your most important metrics.

1. Does Triple Whale offer Attribution reporting for Walmart orders?
The Triple Whale Pixel is specifically designed for Ecommerce websites built on Shopify, BigCommerce or WooCommerce, enabling it to pull order data directly from your shop site. Since Walmart does not support pixel integration, this functionality is unavailable for Walmart orders.
2. How often is new Walmart data imported to Triple Whale?
Walmart data is refreshed once per hour, or whenever you refresh the Summary dashboard.
3. How is Walmart data converted to my shop currency, if they are not the same?
Please know that values from Walmart Sales were converted to your store's default currency and are approximate values.
