If you no longer want to see a specific store in your Triple Whale account, you can remove it from your User Profile.
How to remove a store
Navigate to your User Profile (
https://app.triplewhale.com/user-profile).Scroll down to the Shops section.
Locate the store you want to remove and click the trash icon next to it.
When prompted, select Leave the shop to confirm.
Once removed, the store will no longer appear in your shop list or dashboards.
Important note for account owners
If you are the only user on the account and the Owner, you won’t be able to remove the store on your own. In this case, you’ll need to do one of the following:
Invite another user to the account and transfer ownership via Team Settings, or
Reach out to Support so we can help fully remove you from the account using the in-app chat bubble or at support@triplewhale.com.
