At this time, email addresses cannot be edited directly on an existing Triple Whale user profile. To change the email associated with your account, you’ll need to invite your new email address and remove the old one.
How to change your email address
Go to Settings > Team in your Triple Whale account
Click the + Invite Members button and invite your new email address to the store
Check your inbox and follow the prompt to create a new account using the new email
Once the new account is active and you’ve logged in, return to Settings > Team
Remove the old email address from the team list
After completing these steps, your store access will be tied to the new email address.
