Issue
You connected ChatGPT Ads to Triple Whale, but your platform-reported ChatGPT Ads metrics do not appear on the Summary page.
This article applies when data from the native ChatGPT Ads integration is missing. If ChatGPT Ads spend and delivery metrics appear but Triple Whale-attributed sessions, orders, or revenue are missing, review your Triple Whale UTM setup instead. See Do I still need UTMs if I connect ChatGPT Ads?

Triple Whale accounts with the ChatGPT Ads integration connected.
Causes and fixes
1. The data is still syncing
Newly connected data can take a short time to appear. Wait a few minutes after connecting, then refresh.
2. Check the selected date range
Confirm that the date range on your Summary page includes a period when your ChatGPT Ads campaigns were actively delivering.
If no campaigns delivered during the selected period, the ChatGPT Ads widget may show zero values.
3. There is no active campaign in ChatGPT Ads
At least one active campaign must exist in your ChatGPT Ads account to complete the connection.
Log in to ChatGPT Ads Manager.
Confirm you have at least one active campaign.
Return to Triple Whale and refresh.
4. The wrong API key was used
The ChatGPT Ads Manager key is separate from the standard OpenAI platform API key. Generate the key from ChatGPT Ads Manager.
In ChatGPT Ads Manager, go to Settings > General > API Keys.
Create a new key or copy an existing ChatGPT Ads Manager key.
In Triple Whale, go to Data > Integrations.
Find the ChatGPT Ads integration and click Disconnect.
Search for ChatGPT Ads in the integrations list.
Click Connect on the ChatGPT Ads card.
Paste your ChatGPT Ads Manager API key.
Click Save.
Wait a few minutes, then refresh your Summary page.
5. The connection needs a refresh
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
In Triple Whale, go to Data > Integrations.
Find the ChatGPT Ads integration and click Disconnect.
Search for ChatGPT Ads in the integrations list.
Click Connect on the ChatGPT Ads card.
Paste the API key generated in ChatGPT Ads Manager.
Click Save.
Wait a few minutes, then refresh your Summary page.
