Issue
You connected OpenAI Ads to Triple Whale, but no data (spend, impressions, or clicks) appears on your Summary page or in the OpenAI Ads widget.

Triple Whale accounts with the OpenAI Ads integration connected.
Causes and fixes
1. The data is still syncing
Newly connected data can take a short time to appear. Wait a few minutes after connecting, then refresh.
2. No active campaign in OpenAI Ads
The integration requires at least one active campaign.
Log in to OpenAI Ads Manager.
Confirm you have at least one active campaign.
Return to Triple Whale and refresh.
3. The wrong API key was used
The key must come from OpenAI Ads Manager, not the standard OpenAI platform.
In OpenAI Ads Manager, go to Settings > General > API Keys.
Create or copy the correct key.
In Triple Whale, reconnect the integration with the correct key.
Log in to your Triple Whale account
Go to Data, then open Integrations
Search for OpenAI Ads in the integrations list
Click Connect on the OpenAI Ads card
Paste your API key into the connection field
Click Save
4. The connection needs a refresh
If the steps above do not resolve it, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
Click on Data
Select Integrations
Click Disconnect on the OpenAI Ads integration
