FAQs
Why might some orders not appear in Triple Whale?
Only successfully charged orders sync to Triple Whale. If an order is missing, check the order status in Loop to confirm the payment was successful. Failed billing attempts do not create Shopify orders and are excluded.
What currency is used for revenue metrics?
All revenue data is reported in your store's base currency as configured in Shopify.
Why might my active subscriber/subscription counts in Triple Whale differ from my Loop dashboard?
Small differences typically come down to two known factors: (1) Triple Whale's initial historical import covers the trailing 750 days, so subscriptions created before that window that are still active today won't be reflected in TW's counts, and (2) Loop's dashboard excludes paused subscriptions from "active" totals since they aren't generating revenue, while TW's active/subscriber metrics may currently include paused subscriptions. If your gap is larger than expected, reach out to support and we can help verify.
