Overview
If you're managing multiple shop accounts in Triple Whale, you can access a high-level roll-up of each shop's top metrics in a single dashboard, aggregate their metrics, and navigate shop settings with ease.
Navigation
The Multi Shop View shows all the shops you have access to, along with their key metrics at a glance.
At the top of your screen, you will see a number of options:
Search Bar - If you have many shops using Triple Whale, the search helps you quickly jump to the right one.
Date Selector - Select your desired date ranges for all reported metrics on the page.
Create a View - Save a custom "View" to quickly see groups of shops. For example, multiple shops within one Brand could be saved as a View for quick filtering/reference.
Shop Dropdown - Filter which shops are included in the Blended metrics.
Invite New User - Invite a user to any shop where you have Owner or Admin access.
Create New Shop - Create a paid or free subscription for a new shop joining Triple Whale.
To access a shop's specific Triple Whale account from your Multi Shop View, simply, click the name of the shop.
Create View
Views
Views let you group shops together for easier analysis. For example, if you manage stores across different regions, you could create a "US Stores" view and an "EU Stores" view to quickly compare performance by region. Or you might create a "Brand Views" if you're managing multiple brands.
To create a view:
Click Create View
Enter a name for your view (e.g., "High Performers," "EU Region")
Select the shops you want to include
Click Save View
Your saved view will appear in the view selector for quick access.
Blended Metrics
The Blended Metrics at the top of your page shows you aggregated data for all of your stores. This can be helpful in a few ways:
If you work at a marketing agency and want to see your Blended ROAS, Ad Spend, or Order Revenue for all stores that you manage.
If you run an international brand with separate Shop URLs for your UK shop, US shop and Canadian shop (for example), you can blend all that data here.
Note - Blended Metrics are only available for shops with a Paid Subscription. Free shops will not be included in the Blended Metrics data.
Selecting the Metrics for each Store
Click the Choose Tile button right-hand corner of the desired store to pull up the full list of metrics available for that store.
Select the metrics you want to see for that shop on the Multi Shop View page.
Click the "Submit" button and your metrics will save. Proceed to do this for all of the shops in your list.

Access Shop-Specific Settings
If you are an Owner or Admin, you can also navigate to shop-specific settings, such as managing that shop's subscription, adding users to that shop, or accessing past invoices.
Simply click the Settings icon(cog icon) next to the desired shop, and you will be taken to that shop's Settings.
