Integrating AdRoll with Triple Whale empowers businesses to streamline their retargeting and programmatic advertising efforts. AdRoll is a robust platform for delivering personalized ads across web, social media, and email, helping brands engage customers and drive conversions.

By connecting AdRoll data with Triple Whale, you can track campaign performance in one place, gain actionable insights, and optimize your ad strategies to improve ROI and foster customer loyalty.

Get Connected

To set up your integrations, head to Settings > Integrations.


When you click Connect, you'll be redirected to AdRoll. Click Authorize to approve the connection.

Upon your return to Triple Whale, flip the switch to activate the flow of data from AdRoll to Triple Whale.

UTM Setup

A Tracking Parameter is a snippet of code that you can add to the end of a URL to track the performance of campaigns and content. By using Triple Whale's custom Tracking Parameters in your Ads Manager accounts and marketing content, each visitor will be informing our Pixel exactly which ad they just clicked on before arriving at your store.

Copy the following tracking parameters and add them to the UTM Parameters field of your active ads in AdRoll.

REQUIRED TRACKING PARAMETERS:

tw_source=adroll&tw_campaign=[ADROLL:CAMPAIGN_EID]&utm_term=[ADROLL:AD_GROUP_EID]&tw_adid=[ADROLL:AD_EID]

To add the tracking parameters, open your Adroll Ads Campaign Manager and navigate to the Ad Library. Select the desired ads, and click the Edit button at the top of the page. Click on 'Edit UTM' and simply update the UTM Parameters field by pasting the tracking parameters into the provided text box.

Data Library

Once you've connected your AdRoll account, you will be able to access a rich collection of metrics and pre-built dashboards across Triple Whale. Unlock new insights and optimize your paid strategy using the AdRoll Pixel Attribution dashboard:

Head over to the Summary dashboard for a high-level view of your most important metrics.
