Overview

Users with access to multiple shops can now utilize the shop selector dropdown to choose one or more shops within their pod and view a combined, aggregated perspective on the Pixel page. This enhancement has been one of the most frequently requested features and is particularly beneficial for:

  • Multi-geo shops

  • Multi-brand holding companies

  • Agencies

Features of the Multi-Shop Pixel View

The new Multi-Shop Pixel View offers a variety of powerful tools and insights, including:

  • Aggregated Pixel "All" and Channel Drilldown Views: See aggregated performance across selected shops.

  • Combined Live Order Feed: Track real-time order data for all selected shops.

  • Combined Order Overlap: Identify overlapping orders across your selected shops.

  • Pixel Purchases Popup: Analyze purchases across multiple shops.

  • ROAS Popup: Evaluate return on ad spend for the selected shops.

  • Subscription Filters: Apply subscription filters across shops for precise data analysis.

  • CSV Export: Export aggregated data in CSV format for further analysis.

Important Note: Total Impact Exclusion

Currently, Total Impact (TI) is not supported in the multi-shop view. If users select multiple shops and try to use the TI model, they will receive an alert indicating that this feature is not available in the aggregated view.
