Adding Team Members to a Shop

Every Triple Whale subscription comes with unlimited user accounts. Each user has a totally customizable dashboard and access to all the tools within Triple Whale for that store.

To add a new team member, click on the Settings button in the upper-right corner of your dashboard and select Store Settings.

Within your Store Settings, you will see which teammates have access and their role within the account.

Enter the team member's email address and click Invite. Your team member will soon receive an email with instructions on getting connected to your store's Triple Whale dashboard.
